Welcome to Kiducate Learning (KL).

KL supports families through two connected areas: Parent & Carer Support and Early Childhood Learning.

These terms explain how you may use the KL website, journal articles, family tools, early childhood learning activities, videos, printable resources and other KL content.

These Terms are intended to be clear and straightforward.

By using the KL website, you agree to use its content responsibly and in accordance with these Terms.

About KL

Kiducate Learning provides practical, family-centred and research-informed information and resources primarily for parents and carers of children aged 1–6.

KL content is general in nature and does not replace individual professional advice, assessment, diagnosis or treatment.

Using KL Content

You are welcome to use publicly available KL content for personal, family and non-commercial purposes.

Please do not:

  • Use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes

  • Interfere with the website or attempt unauthorised access

  • Sell, commercially exploit or republish KL content without permission

  • Present KL content as your own

  • Remove KL copyright, branding or attribution

  • Use KL characters, logos or distinctive brand elements commercially without permission

Parenting and Early Learning

KL parenting information, learning ideas, activities, stories and educational resources are provided as general guidance.

Every child and family is different. Parents and carers should consider their child's:

  • Abilities

  • Interests

  • Developmental stage

  • Individual needs and circumstances

KL does not guarantee that any particular activity, resource or approach will produce a specific parenting, learning or developmental outcome.

Activities, Supervision and Family Tools

Parents and carers remain responsible for deciding whether an activity or resource is suitable for their child and for providing appropriate supervision.

Please consider the safety and suitability of equipment, toys, craft materials, household items, food-related activities and the environment in which an activity takes place.

KL Family Tools, checklists, cards and printable resources provide practical everyday support. They are not diagnostic or therapeutic tools.

Unless otherwise stated, you may download and print KL resources for your own household or personal family use.

Without prior permission, KL resources must not be:

  • Sold or resold

  • Uploaded to another website or resource library

  • Included in paid products, memberships or courses

  • Altered and rebranded as someone else's work

  • Distributed with KL branding or copyright information removed

Copyright and Sharing

Unless otherwise stated, KL's written content, journal articles, family tools, educational resources, graphics, illustrations, characters, branding, photographs and videos are owned by or licensed to Kiducate Learning.

You are welcome to share links to KL webpages, articles, videos and publicly available resources.

Please do not copy and republish substantial KL content elsewhere without permission.

When referring to KL material, please provide appropriate credit and, where possible, link back to the original KL source.

External Websites

KL may link to external websites, research, videos, organisations or services to provide additional information.
